After days of rain and chilly temps, it looks like summer is going to sneak in a couple of warm days. I'm thinking that the best way to take advantage of this is to get outside and harvest Indigo leaves for dyeing some of my Romney wool handspun that I've been spinning. I'm planning on dyeing some of my natural colored 3 ply yarn. It will be interesting to see what effect the natural color will have on the indigo blue. I'm hoping that it will be really pretty... we shall see!
